MyTrip Builder is in public beta
You can use MyTrip Builder today, and it is still being built. This page says plainly what that means: what is solid, what may change, and how to tell us what is missing.
What works well today
- Build a day-by-day plan from your flights, hotels and stops, with distances and estimated travel times between consecutive stops.
- English and Hebrew, including a full right-to-left interface.
- Keep costs, notes and files next to the stops they belong to.
- Share a trip as a link (view only, full editing or group), or publish a travel journal.
What to expect while it is in beta
- Screens, wording and features may change, and some things will be rough. If something breaks, please tell us.
- Place search relies on third-party map services that have monthly usage limits. When a limit is reached the app tells you and switches to a search based on OpenStreetMap, without the Google preview.
- Distances, travel times and other information are estimates. Check flights, opening hours, entry rules and anything else that matters with the official source before you rely on it. The Terms of Use describe this in full.
- During the beta, each account can keep a limited number of trips in the cloud. To start a new one once you reach the limit, delete a trip you no longer need.
- Support is run by one person, so replies are not instant.
Your trips stay yours
When you are signed in, your trips are saved to your account, and you can share a trip as a link. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, write to mytripbuilder@gmail.com. Published journals are public, so publish only what you are happy for anyone to read. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Tell us what is missing
The most useful feedback is specific: what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected. Write to mytripbuilder@gmail.com. In the app, open the actions menu and choose “Send feedback” to start an email with your app version filled in. Or fill in the short feedback form.
